I  can now confirm due to circumstances arising that Eddie Ballaam will now be challenging champion Alex Bellingham for the Queensbury league National welterweight championship belt on April 8th at Epsom downs race course, this is a fantastic opportunity for Eddie and great for us as a gym. Queensbury league shows are shown on Eurosport, so will be great to showcase his skills on Tv. I hope everyone will get behind Eddie and show there support as he takes on his biggest fight to date.

Why not join in with our new Thursday night ladies only class.  It’s fun, low intensity and suitable for all levels of fitness.

For more information call in at the gym or message us via facebook.

These are some progress pictures of one of my clients Carly Armstead, just wanted to show people how she’s lost 4 stone and still maintaining and still progressing. Not a magic pill or shake in sight, just eating well and training hard. There isn’t a quick fix people. If anybody is interested in my body transformation work get in touch, 100% proven track record, real people, real results.

Tony Westacott will take on NickLisa Allen on May 13th in there very first ever charity boxing bout. I train both of these guys 5 days a week, they both have no boxing experience and both have a couple of stone to shift. Tony is nearly 43yrs old and Nick is 49yrs old. I will train them separately and I will Not tell them what the other ones weaknesses are etc. This is for charity BUT each other isn’t going for the draw, they both want to win.
This is going to be a fantastic bout, they will enter the ring as equals, but who will leave victorious? There is only one way to find out.
